Thursday 17 May 2012: And the Band Played On

Not the best of days weather-wise for the annual Norwegian Constitution Day parade.

But it would take more than a little rain to dampen the spirits.

There was a bit of a delay here as they transported the rick-shaw that the tuba player was being transported in carted down the steps into the garden.
