Compensation Culture

I'm not a great fan of seeking compensation for the sake of it but following on from the appalling customer services I received from a prestigious department store I made my position clear to them. They initially gave me a relatively small voucher which frankly didn't cover the time is spent sorting the issue.. Following a further discussion I received a further voucher. So to reward myself I purchased this poncy pair of trainers. Happy
