Bathtime

I have just been wandering around the garden photographing the irises for today's blip when this sweet blackbird landed in the pond, had a good splash around and jumped onto the stones amongst the wild strawberries.
He didn't mind me being in his bathroom and I just managed to get this shot before he flew away.
Blackbirds really mean Spring to me with their lovely song. I wish he was facing me a bit more but beggars can't be choosers!
