sweet scent of monday!

No frost this morning! Rejoice!!

Its now the time of year that i become a saleswoman for the wonderful Sarcococca (also known as Christmas or Sweet box) plant as the scent that hits you when you walk past one is astonishing!! The flowers have just opened today so the whole garden smells wonderful and I'd highly recommend that if you are looking for a highly scented (in winter/spring), evergreen plant that grows in the shade then you need one of these plants!! We need to start a Sarcococca revolution!! Oh and it is bunny proof!! A distinct bonus in my garden!
