Robbie

This is Robbie, me and my friend Ian bumped into him and his owner at the Littlehaven beach,South Shields.

Robbie, is blind, deaf, arthritic and apparently has doggie dementia, oh he's also 16 years old. 

Our attention was drawn to him as he was in a childs push chair, so we got chatting to his owner who told us that he  walked the dog in the same location every day of his life so when he couldn't walk anymore he brought him out in the push chair.

He was a very friendly dog !

You may also think that the photo is out of focus, I only focussed the shot on his eyes with a very shallow depth of field if you can enlarge the photo you'll see the colour of his eyes.
