If you're a chess player then this character jutting his head out of the snow is familiar.  Since I have shared so much of snowy Mt. Auburn Cemetery this week, today's Blip could also be titled "Flogging a Dead Horse"...  It's snowing again but not very enthusiastically. The flakes were melting as soon as they landed on his face, and dripping off his chin.
