Monday 21 May 2012: Red, White & Blue
I'm sure there will be many patriotic blips over the summer. Thought I'd get in early with this sparkly hairband I bought for Anna! She has to have a red, white and blue outfit for a huge Brownie event this weekend, and for a school parade and picnic next week. After a dash into Next today we're all sorted.
It helps that the sun has finally appeared in time for all of this - fingers crossed that summer is here to stay :)
Time to finish off making the chilli for Matt and myself for tonight, and to sort something out for my fussy little Anna. I suspect Paul will be having seaside fish and chips in Brighton tonight!
I need to make my peace with Matthew too - I gave him a bit of a hard time over him accidentally standing up his girlfriend (we're still not sure quite what she is, he's very secretive!) when she was a little late, after arranging to meet her by the bike sheds. She rang his mobile after he got home and gave him a real earbashing, before forgiving him. I like her style ;)
By the bike sheds. I know. Yikes.
