Mummy Blackbird

Well the irises will have to wait for yet another day as Mrs Blackbird came to join me digging and I managed to capture her with a beak full of worms. So, whilst her hubby is preening himself in the pond, she is hunting and gathering for her brood. Women's lib in the bird world.....!
