Dinner with Ruth

Our sweet neighbor Ruth will turn 95 later this year. A spirited woman, she lives on her own after losing her husband almost two years ago. We look after her two adolescent cats when she is visiting her children out of the area. She insists on taking us out for dinner, but we can usually persuade her to let us drive and occasionally leave the tip. We went to a new place in town called 127 West Social House. The company was exceptional and the food superb. The restaurant and bar is located in a renovated historical building, and the interior is really beautiful. This shot is of an outside patio area, where you can see a number of patrons enjoying a mild winter evening. Looking forward to another visit!
