Union

Today was challenging. We spent most of it fighting with SAP AG's terrible documentation. For all it's many sins the code is sometimes very good and works very well, it's just a nightmare to figure out how it's supposed to work and how you are supposed to configure it all. It's not helped by their recent site clean up which has left their forums full of people asking the exact question we faced with links to the solution that is no longer there!

Today's blip is a £2 coin minted to celebrate the Act of Union of 1707 between England and Scotland, after the personal Union of the Crowns over a century earlier. It turned up in my change when I bought some bread for lunch. The coins isn't that rare, seven and a half million were minted and this one has seen better days - the face is a bit scuffed.
