I was passing the site of the old Rottenrow Maternity Hospital at Strathclyde University and saw these students out sitting in the sun underneath the Giant Saftey Pin. I love the pigeon sitting on the top.
A great observation by the artist of how many saftey pins were used in fastening nappies over the years the hospital was in operation.
