The vegetable garden

This is John, the team leader for vegetable production, demonstration and research, with Mary Mwanza, looking after the veg.
In the foreground I think its Rape ( local plant like cabbage, which is part of the staple, everyday diet) and Boricole (a kind of curly kale, with seeds from Ireland)
This garden covers about 1 Hectare and regularly has up to 100 plant varieties.
