Solid pillars

It well and truly feels like summer today.

This evening we drove out to Calke, this isn't the best of images but these Beech trees are a favourite spot, the roots and trunks of the trees are so architectural, the woodland has a similar feel to the inside of a large cathedral, solid pillars and high arches.
