Wednesday 23 May 2012: 32 Years of Salvation Army Officership
I was ordained and commissioned as a full-time Salvation Army Officer 32 years ago today at the Royal Albert Hall in London. This is my long-service badge on my uniform. You receive a plain badge after 25 years and then a star for every five years on top of that, so I received the star 2 years ago.
