Buzz Saw

I can't remember what these little things are called.  Sugar made it at school, and called it her "buzz saw."  She was so proud, and excited to show me the minute she got to my office after school.  I love it when she is excited about something she did at school.  Warms my heart.  It made my crazy day so much better.
