Wednesday is Over

It's been a hard day, I have not been in the best place emotionally. I knew it as soon as I woke this morning that today would not be a good one.

Another lovely sunny day. Outdoors at work for the day. I can not do heat though, gives me a stinking headache, so have been searching for the shade. Tomorrow I go armed with painkillers!
Home now, after tea at mums , taking my gran home and then watching the sun lowering for a bit; it's been a long day.
