This is Robert from the farm.
He is a bright young man who is working with us since June last .
He is in charge of timekeeping, accounts and records and has the best vegetable plot on the farm.
We have decided to send him on a computer course to do his ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) which will introduce him to Word and Excel and of course typing (wish I had done the typing!!).
Here I think he's practicing his typing.
We realise that we need to up-skill all our employees whenever possible.
