Flying high

We finally made it to the seaside and stopped for lunch at Varkala beach. It was such a surprise to see people paragliding, swimming and restaurants lining the hillside.

Varkala beach means wash away sins beach and has a spiritual foundation although this wasn't apparent in the brief time we were there.
