Birthday Boy

Yiannis on the left is celebrating his 70th birthday tomorrow. Before the prize giving at the Bleasdale circle fell race we all sang happy birthday.  Yiannis didn't run today but he is still putting in the miles and has completed some fantastic long distance achievements in his time with more yet to come.
The race today was run in sunshine with a keen wind and rather wet underfoot.  A heavy hail storm before the start set the scene but thankfully stopped.
Thanks to everyone who felt my pain over Thursday's blip, I modified my technique for the second part of the painting and things went a lot smoother.
