Surfing in the sun

Some seriously sunny weather out there.

One of those days when you just want to chill in bed with the window open surfing, tweeting, blogging or whatever Mrs B was doing here when I came back from my run.

I have discovered that running in this heat is pretty brutal when your not used to it. I feel a bit wrecked. Really wishing some ice cold beer would materialise from somewhere in my fridge.
