Friday 25 May 2012: Where's me dinner Mum?
This is the first proper sighting of the babies, we have heard them shouting for a while now and Mum & Dad have been really busy with grubs and stuff but today it seemed was the day for poking heads out and saying a first "hello" to the big wide world and all it's dangers!
So pleased they chose today as I am at home till 8:30 so I have spent the day l; lounging around, listening and taking pics of them.
Done very little else though.
There has been quite a breeze today so not as hot as promised but the way my shoulders feel I think I may have caught a bit of sun/wind burn lol
O/H nipped to the local shop and filled up the car for me so I have been really very lazy!
Next months rotas have appeared although I'm sure that they'll have changed already by now! I have tipex handy so I can alter the calenders although I hope there aren't too many alterations as for me at any rate it doesn't look bad, and we are already contemplating an across country trip to the in-laws in 2 of my consecutive days off .
Unsure as to how it will be tonight, as I said in yesterdays blip it was quite a manic day I know there had been words spoken with other staff so it could be that there's an atmosphere. I hope not, don't like playground "he said, she said" stuff.
I'll find out soon enough 2 hrs till I leave :o)
