Friday 25 May 2012: Cat Among The Pigeons
I'll guess you'll have heard of 'putting the cat among the pigeons.' We've got 'asparagus among the potentilla'. It doesn't trip off the tongue quite so easily, though.
It is a bit too grown up for steaming and serving, I have to say that I like having a single stalk of asparagus in the front garden. It's a cool front garden feature.
