Thursday 24 May 2012: Wild Garlic (153/366)
I love garlic. Love the taste of it, love to cook with it. Very few dishes served up after about 11am in our house do not feature it prominently.
But at this time of year, it's the smell. The smell of the wild garlic on the breeze catching my nose. And then these lovely pretty white flowers, looking like white starburst fireworks. Nestling in the most improbable of locations.
What's not to love?
