Friday 25 May 2012: Poppy glow
Yes I know it's poppies again but then some people only blip dogs or birds. Another warm day but at least there was a breeze. In fact there's quite a wind blowing out there now.
Spent the day dressed as a pirate so was a bit mafted by the time 3 o'clock came round. Driving home I had visions of a G&T which thankfully became reality.
Sat on the back doorstep with my camera. The sun was making the poppies glow so I just had to take some pictures and, though I did take some of other things, this is definitely the best.
Hoping that the weekend gives me the opportunity to get out in the garden a bit without getting too hot. It's also Monaco Grand Prix weekend. Always a fun race!
