A quick trawl through the 'creative language' section of my brain has come up with the phrase 'bag of arse' as an appropriate description for today.

Until 'going out for a meal' with the in-laws turned out to be an evening of fine dining at Castle Terrace that is. The amusement I got from watching the waiter do 'a bit of work' on my caramel souffle by adding popcorn and a ball of ice cream probably marks me out for not being cut out for this sort of thing.

Bloody delicious though.
