Friday 25 May 2012: Where is the spider?

I was out for a run up White hill this morning (in the thick mist) when I saw this spider's web, but no sign of the spider.

I did some more work on the wall this evening. It's getting very difficult to find the right stone now - there are so few left. It's amazing how quickly 2 tons of stone can be used up.

When the midges became annoying (when are they not?), I stepped into the greenhouse and firmly closed the door on them, then planted out the tomato, pepper and cucumber plants in the grow bags. Looking forward to being able to eat the fruits of these :o)
