Swedish Princess Cake...in a pot!

The things you find in Swiss supermarkets. I first heard about this cake when it was the technical challenge on an episode of the Great British Bake Off and have wanted to try it ever since!

The green icing is supposed to cover the whole cake but this version in a pot was certainly more portable than a big slice.

Now I know how it's supposed to taste, maybe I'll have a go at it one day.
