Tuesday 22 May 2012: The Deaf Cat
I went for lunch with my friend Sharon and her baby Rosie in Rochester today. Rochester is a great little place - the high street is full of little cafes and students busking. We chose a place called the Deaf Cat, and I had a huge toffee apple muffin! I liked how someone had decorated this boring plastic school-chair with a diagram of the workings of the eye. It's been too many years since I studied biology for me to tell to you if the diagram is accurate, but I like to think it is.
