Sunrise Swans

Our club hosted parkrun .

I got there super early so I could run before we set up

Always worth an early start when it involves a sunrise

The early blipper catches the bird . Or something .

A fun day all round although I discovered two things

1: Miracles do happen : I was told I wasn't loud enough ....
No comment
2: I can spend over and hour and half choosing running shoes . The woman serving me had the patience of a saint
