Ladies loo?

Disclaimer. I do not usually hang around toilets of any sort but spotted this doorway which is situated in the Lancashire countryside on the edge of Haslingden in the Rossendale Valley. The listed building is a former church, St Stephens, Which now hosts Holden Wood Antique Centre and cafe, where, I understand our PM visited recently.
