Life is like a river

Waving goodbye

At 13:30 my in-laws began their 5 hour drive back home to Reykjavík. We've really enjoyed their visit, I just wish we could have spent more time together. But we'll meet again soon, during the summer holidays.
They were kind enough to wave as they drove away, purely for blip-purposes, you see! :o)

If you look closely then you'll notice there are still a few balloons at the bottom of the lamppost (see yesterdays blip) and yes, the sea was actually brown today. All the dirt coming from the highlands has almost turned our beautiful blue sea into a mud puddle :o/

Have you also noticed all the different kinds of lampposts and (traffic) signs there are in your neighbourhood? Such a lot of them in this photo...
