Saturday 26 May 2012: Colorful!

When I spied Larkyn playing on the floor in her colorful clothing amongst her equally colorful toys, I couldn't resist grabbing the camera. I actually got her attention for a quick snap!
Horribly windy today. My dad and husband were out in our backyard, installing a new sprinkler system for our future grass, and I don't know how they could stand the dirt in their faces eyes, ears, etc. Job completed, though, and Larkyn spent a lot of the day watching them, and telling me, over and over and over and OVER . . . "Larkyn's shoes on, go outside, go see Dada, go see Grandpa!"
In other news, nearby wild fires in Arizona and also down south sent TONS of smoke our way in the wind this evening. It was eerie, not being able to see the city lights from our part of town, just because the smoke was so thick. Miserable to breathe, as well. YUK!
