Sunday 27 May 2012: Fetching

Green dress, green watering can, green grass, purple flowers, evening sunlight . . . All are particularly fetching when one loves taking photos . . . so, how could I resist?

I almost posted another, where she is standing perfectly, holding the watering can correctly, and watching the plant - everything was perfect, composition-wise, but it was the first image I got, before moving the focus point to the proper place, so the plant was in focus, and Larkyn, not so much . . . so, this is my second choice.

She does enjoy watering plants. Perhaps a little too much. They may be crying out for less water . . . :-) This is at my brother's and sister-in-law's home, though, so I think their plants will survive!

An enjoyable evening spent with family. We awoke to blue skies and cooler temperatures (a very pleasant change from recent weeks), and not a hint of the smoke that inundated our air supply yesterday!

Speaking of yesterday, I have backblipped yesterday, if you have a moment. Thank you all so much for your words of support and encouragement concerning the news I received last week. I really appreciate it! :-)
