Safety Cake

Got a mail from our office with the request to serve Safety Cake because of a 3 months incident en injury free working period on board our fleet. That means more than 2 million safe working hours. For us, it is a literally a piece of cake to fulfil this office wish, for our cook and steward it meant almost as much as working hours to prepare it complete with IIF logo and all. IIF stands for Incident and Injury Free.
