Monday 28 May 2012: Summertime.......and the livin' is easy!

And still the heat goes on!!!

Here is Chloe, in our garden, in amongst the self seeded aquilegia!

Aquilegia from the Latin for eagle ( aquila )

or Columbine from the Latin for dove ( columba )

or Granny's Bonnet, as the shape of the flower resembles the mob caps old women used to wear.
