Embrace the grain 2

Was looking for something else to do tonight other than the usual tit. Then out of the corner of my eye i could see a little fern in the corner of the garden. I didn't just want the usual rich green colour, so thinking about what i said yesterday i decided to desaturate it and play around with the colour sliders to create a metallic finish. Darkening around the fern also focuses you in on the subject, and finishing off by adding grain.

On another note, i love the fact that you can see what i blipped this time last year by following the image in the bottom right hand corner. A year ago today my little great tits fledged, what a great experience to witness that was, please take a look back in time.
