Marching Moorhen

Couldn't believe my eyes this morning when I looked out of the kitchen window to see this little fellow strutting around.
This picture makes it look as if he's just had a dip in the pond but he didn't actually go in, just had a look at his reflection and realised the fish in the water were way bigger than him.....bit scary!! I hope I see him again soon and he brings his friends :-)
