Tuesday 29 May 2012: Joseph

Joseph is in his own way a neighbourhood watch looking after bits and pieces that the council fail to see, fail to act on, fail to fix in an area with substantive damage, he is the watcher, a gentle giant that looks after people and their property when no-one else will. I enjoy his company.
