Saigon street food: #02 - bò bía

I dont know how to translate this food to English.
This is one of many different rolls in Vietnamese cuisine. Jícama, basil, baby prawn, peanut are wrapped in rice paper. The dip is dark soya bean sauce (In Europe, I replace it by hoisin sauce).
Bo bia was my favorite food after a long hard working day at school :)) because it was very affordable considering little pocket money I had everyday.
Nowadays you still can find these rolls in front of many schools in Saigon, at small stalls with a lady rolling them fast ;)
