Tuesday 22 May 2012: Pinhole Cameras
Have decided to finish the year teaching Grade 8 how to make pinhole cameras (and make myself a new one). This time out of masks. They will design and paint their own mask which will eventually become enclosed and hopefully capture light on paper. To mark the start of the project they gathered around the coffee camera with their masks on. This class are a pretty enthusiastic bunch always keen to have a go - I hope they are as fascinated by the magic of pinhole light as I am, we shall see.
