Overflow desk

My desk is no longer big enough.  I have taken up residence at the dining table.  I used to be tidy.  I have become scatterbrained.  I job hop like mad.....but we are getting there! (Village history project).
The letter was sent by an evacuee child who was placed at the village garage during World War II.  She enjoyed her stay in our village so much she did not want to return home to London at the close of hostilities.  She is in her 80's now and vows that she will visit again soon as she wants to stay in the B & B which was her Garage home all those years ago.
