Life with Alice

Today it was time to leave Linköping, Östergötland, Sweden. We have had so much fun! We have seen the city with the medieval cathedral and castle, we have hiked and geocached loads around the bird lakes and in the forests near Rosenkälla, we have been in Motala and seen lake Vättern. We have visited the lock system at Göta kanal and attended a geocaching pizza event, where we met altopiano. We have visited Old Linköping, an open air musuem, several times. And, of course, we have done agility training and spent some serious quality time with Alice the poodle. We're friends for life!

So. Kiwi and me having dozens of really cool pins and badges pinned to our animal persons, it was decided that we travel in the suitcase, not to risk anything in security. Just as well. A quick stop in Copenhagen, and then we reunited with a nervous elirin (what if they get lost?) at Heathrow. After travelling rather appropriately via Paddington Station, and then Oxford Street, we have now arrived at our hotel. The picture is taken next to Marble Arch. We are now having a rather nice italian dinner. Exhausted. :-)
