..in a new build in our suburb.

A white metal roof no less.
Very ambitious in this area the name of which apparently comes from the Aboriginal meaning 'A Home in the Forest'.
Sadly there is less and less forest on the new blocks being developed as EVERY tree is being removed.
No problems of leaf stains on that lovely white roof!
