Tuesday 29 May 2012: Abstract
I was very struck, as I said yesterday, by the introduction that Lorne Gill, the SNH Photographer, gave to the Snapberry course. There were lots of thoughts, ways of seeing and ideas that I wanted to try out and one of those was abstraction.
So this is an abstraction. Doesn't really matter ,I suppose, what it really "is" - it just reminds me , when I look of it, of those lines from Keats'"On First Looking into Chapman's Homer"
Then felt I like some watcher of the skies
When a new planet swims into his ken;
