Tuesday 29 May 2012: Horse & Cart

I first spotted this a few weeks ago in the Village of Condorrat.

Not sure of the sculptor or the reason behind it. Apparently it just 'appeared' earlier this year.

I spoke to a local who clearly wasn't impressed and his theory was that the local council had money left in the budget to use up.
