Tuesday
Up the A9 and beyond and down again for one of our periodic visits to Buckie to see my father-in-law. Road not too busy, stopped at Blair Atholl for coffee, the Watermill has some of the best cheese scones ever and the coffee's great too. Bought a loaf of bread made from their own flour to take home.
Lunch was a sandwich from the baker's in Rothes and had afternoon tea with K's Dad. I don't really know if he knew us today, he was drifting in and out of sleep a lot of the time but managed his tea and cake and a few strawberries.
We sorted out his clothes and toiletries and had a chat with the staff before setting off home.
Drove back down to the sound of the Stranglers
