The Color Run

I spent this morning doing a very silly 5K in downtown Seattle called The Color Run. You start out with a white shirt and at each kilometer you run through a gauntlet of volunteers throwing different colored powders at you until you are supposed to be covered from head to toe in color. I really didn't think I got hit too badly but my neck was green for several days after this. It wasn't timed and people tend to take their time so it was the perfect "race" for me at the moment. I walked a lot and even had to leave the course at one point to use the restroom. It was kind of fun, not amazing though. Would have been more fun with a friend or in a group.
