Spanish Food

Pig's trotters and snails stretches even my taste buds. We were invited next door to our neighbours for lunch and it shows the degree of integration that they didn't even think to ask if we were ok with the menu. It was, in fact, quite challenging but we worked through it sucking the gelatin from the bony knuckles of the pig's feet and spitting them out the hard bits onto the spare plate, The cava and creme catalana desert came as something of a relief.
