I found out today that my cup of knowledge is not the only cup with a face on it in the department.  In fact, it is completely outshined by this little collection.

Right enough, he would know where the weekly DB2 downloads are kept or the progenitor job for AUA MI was by looking at any of his cups.

Maybe that's why they're a bit angry and confused.
