Thursday 31 May 2012: Black Shouldered Kite
The last day of my SOOC challenge and I was hoping to get a bird in flight. This is not the best shot, not the sharpest and it has been trimmed in camera but I am posting it anyway. I think these little kites are such pretty birds and I will definitely be after a better shot of one if I can get it. The purpose of the challenge was really to get me to think about the shot, it's composition and exposure etc rather than fix things in processing later. Looking forward to lots of playing with processing now as that is also a very important part of the creative process too.
